No basketball fans? Surely a Temple fan doesn't want that.

I'd go with Memphis (under the assumption that Penny turns the MBB program around).

Yeah I'm gonna have to disagree here...

Lol Tulsa has finished behind UCF in basketball once, has the third highest win total in conference.

Two bowls and a 10 win season for football.

Owns the conference in softball.

Has a championship in soccer.

Won the learfiled cup two years ago.

In fact I'm pretty sure since joining the conference, Tulsa has the most championships in ALL SPORTS.

But don't let that stop you from continuing on with the trolling 07-coffee3

Of course you did list Navy in the top tier of all sports when they only play one and put wsu in tier 3 with an undefeated volleyball team, a decent baseball year, a good basketball year, a NCAA softball team, etc. . So I guess no one should be surprised.

Houston is the only major power in all of the g5, the leader, the big toe, king of the jungle, big brother, BIG DADDY
but were still champion of 3* recruits so put that in your pipe and smoke it

Memphis definitely belongs in the top tier. They contend for the football championship and probably basketball in the near future.

AAC National Championship Teams:

2018 UCF Football
2014 UCONN Men's Basketball
2014 - 2016 UCONN Women's Basketball

Those are your most relevant non-P5 schools in the AAC.

The big dogs in the AAC so far are in football
UCF
Houston
Memphis
Cincinnati
USF
Temple- been in the mix
Navy
What will separate these schools from the rest is recruiting averages above .8700 on a regular basis

Seems to me the “most relevant G5 program” would enough fans to register a measly 1 when their 7-1 team is playing a Top 25 6-1 team.

hot garbage??...your argument is hot garbage...let me select tv rating from ucf's 0-12 season..and make dumb arguments like this one, with beneficial time periods

there is NO BETTER RATED TEAM IN THE AAC THAN HOUSTON....that is A FACT!!!!!!

NOT A 2 GAME ABBARASION.....since the aac began, (not counting the army/navy game) the by far best rated team on average is houston....

this has been the case for every conference ucf has ever shared with houston....

Abbarasion ? I hope that was just an aberration from your usually excellent command of the English language.

Wichita was invited b/c of their basketball strength definitely not a bad choice.

who cares about urban when you've made 7 straight tournaments, sell out 10.5k a game, and pay your coach $3MM

UH was 1 of only 15 schools to reach the postseason in football, basketball and baseball in 2017-18.

Then, UH went to Oregon and placed 3rd in NCAA Track & Field

Participation trophies are nice, but I prefer National Championship ones.
