Win or lose marshal (the sunbelt flagship) will complain about something and blame someone.

Huge game as clearly the winner is in the drivers seat for the division title at 4-1. As of last night Marshall was favored by 1.5 points which frankly surprised me. Could we win, sure. But I'm far from sure we will. Our new coach says all the right things, but there has been some VERY questionable 4th quarter melt downs that I just don't know that they've gotten fixed. Yes, we looked really good the past 2 weeks, but against North Texas and FIU, most teams would look really good. FAU just beat a good UTEP team, and that's a better win than anything we've had at this point. And their sole conference loss was to a decent UAB team, while we had 8 turnovers and got beat by MTSU, an average team at best. It being a home game for FAU to me is huge, if it was in Huntington I'd give us the edge, but not in Florida. My heart says Marshall wins, but my head certainly wouldn't bet on it. I'd NEVER bet against my Herd, but if I had to put money on a side FAU would be the safer bet at this point. I hope it's a good game either way.

This is huge for both teams although even with a win FAU still has to go through WKY at WKY and Marshall has to go through UAB and WKY.

I was a bit surprised at the Marshall -1.5 but with a 7-1 record against us it's not that surprising. This team is very up and down as Marshall appears to be as well so I think it is going to depend on which of both teams show up. I am very happy this one is at home.

Tough game to call. Earlier, when Marshall had lost to MTSU, I thought the Herd was going to go through the down season. Of course, Marshall is frequently good for one (or two?) of those WTF losses. In general, outside of that game, Marshall has had mostly good efforts. FAU, on the other hand, despite having better talent (in my opinion), has rarely put complete efforts together. So, I fully understand Marshall being slight favorites for this game. I still think FAU should win, but I am not very confident about it.

What time is this on Facebook Live or Stadium? I'd love to watch.

If C-USA schools could start recording their games and uploading them to YouTube afterwards, that would be great as well.

The score at halftime will be Marshall - 17 FAU - 9

The final score will be 45-17 FAU

Why? I don't know. Every time I check game scores I see FAU losing at halftime and then the final score is something absurd. It's almost as if the offense doesn't practice all week and once they figure it out at halftime, it's game over.

Louisiana and App are the Sun Belt Flagships...

Until someone comes in and wins a Conference Championship game that isn't App, or plays in the game that isn't App or Louisiana, it's those programs.

The more important thing is Masrshall's colors are lamer than FAU's colors.
