I'm guessing you didn't read what I said either but ok smart guy...
Explain to us Texas idjits ever where how vaccine mandates will prevent the spread of this virus, when the vaccine clearly doesn't prevent the spread of this virus.
And... go.
This oughta be entertaining.
Point to a study where it says the Vaccine doesn't lower your risk of getting the virus. Is this just your using logic to figure this out.
Also you also note that the vaccine also lessens its affect but neglect to mention it also shortens it duration...A shorter duration would also do what?
Ok, so you can't explain it. You got nothing.
Look, you might not be keeping up with current events, I don't know where you get your news, but you're probably the ONLY one left on the planet that isn't acknowledging this vaccine doesn't prevent you from contracting the virus.
That must mean you think all these new cases of covid are all unvaxxed people. Goodness! I don't think I've ever read something so myopic.
Well, I'm not inclined to do your research for you, you could probably google it yourself but I know you won't.
But I do have anecdotal evidence, having caught the virus myself while being "fully vaxxed", after travelling for work to a state for 2 weeks (california) where they had some of the strictest mask and vaccine mandates going (on a military base no less!), even flying there and back on the plane where you constantly get lectured about the dire necessity for "safety" of wearing a mask, and ended up spreading it to my wife who is also "fully vaxxed".
I was competent enough to go get tested and then quarantined ourselves so as not to spread it further, but imagine if I had taken the position that my symptoms aren't that bad, I don't need to get tested and didn't bother to quarantine myself. (I guess you expect me now to show you a study showing the virus I would've been spreading isn't the same virus that unvaxxed people catch? lol)
Anyway, having to report to my office that I tested positive, I started hearing from others in my workplace that were fully vaxxed and had also tested positive at some point this year. And then I started asking friends who had been fully vaccinated, and come to find out most of them had tested positive (at the time - dunno if the remaining have tested positive since, but I wouldn't doubt it).
How is this even possible? In your mind I have to be lying. lol
In fact, it's become quite clear to me that I'm not in some small minority of vaxxed people that caught it, but rather my situation is likely the norm. Yes my symptoms were lessened, and like I said, that's good, but I still got went and got tested.
But just imagine all those fully vaxxed people that are positive, but because they have little to no symptoms, aren't getting tested, and are out mingling with others. Its not hard to see in my mind THAT is why this virus keeps spreading, REGARDLESS whether their symptoms duration is shorter.
And no amount of vaccine mandates will stop it as long as the vaccine doesn't prevent you from spreading it.
