We don't like 20 win Stansbury not making the dance after 7 seasons.

No way we tolerate Kermit not hitting the 20 win mark for 10 seasons.

Not that patient a fan base.

You can not like it all you want but he is still the coach. Your administration is obviously fine with it. What makes you think they won't keep him on for 10 seasons? He is your version of Stockstill. They could make the case that he had heath problems this season so it shouldn't count against him. He can recruit but he is terrible at game planning and in game coaching. The opposite of what Kermit Davis was.

I went to a WKU game against Middle in the Boro back in 2011 and watched them bring Kermit out at half court before the game to present him his 150th win ball in his 10th season. I laughed in my seat because I couldn't fathom a WKU coach winning 15 games a year for a decade being celebrated as an accomplishment. There's never been an admin in collegiate sports more willing to wait and see on a coach than MTSU. That has never been the case with WKU but if they keep Rick after this season, they will come dangerously close to approaching that territory.

That was during the ninth season. He averaged 17 wins during those nine seasons not 15.

Ah that makes sense, it was the 10/11 season because he had just got win 150 against FIU a couple weeks before and then they gave him the ball at the next home game which was WKU. So 17 wins a year is correct.
