I ranked 3 higher than plus, only because the announcers and production on ESPN+ are ENTIRELY dependent on the host school.

If a school has a competent crew, ESPN+ can look and sound like a (slightly lower budget) major network game.

But for those other schools.... ugh. ESPN+ can be as bad as it gets.

All that said, yeah... ESPN3 is awful.

I ranked ESPN2 higher only because of eyeballs. More people have the Deuce as part of their basic cable package.

I MUCH prefer the quality of CBS and CBSSN to most anything outside the very tip-top of ESPN's productions.

It can be worse.

CUSA.TV for example

Will there be any games for any sport on CUSA TV?

You are mistaken. There is NO new programming. NONE. Archive only. NO new or current sports events now or in the future.

RE: Is the New TV deal a success?
I've been able to watch all four games on tuesdays and wednesdays because I DVR them. I will watch a half of the first one that airs and then watch the full game on the one I want to watch more. The next day since there's no football I watch the game while eating lunch with the sound muted and I listen to my tunes. My wife the sports fanatics loves it that way. I like to put her to bed early but there's some games where she insists on watching the whole game and goes to bed late by her standards. Crazy woman, no wonder she married me.

I love those weekday games as I can watch all four of them. It sucks for those that like to tailgate but it is what it is.

I love it. Allows me to still be fully engaged on Saturdays for games that have a national appeal while also letting me watch the Flames withouth any other games to have to pay close attention to. It also gives me something to look forward to during the work week.

Meaning the games on cbssn is better than production on ESPN.

It definitely is better than 90% of CUSA teams broadcasts on ESPN+. High schools in VA have better quality streaming of their games than alot of the CUSA schools.

I’ve definitely enjoyed the weekday games and getting to see all the conference mates. I think it’s also brought the conference some much needed exposure. I tried watching the Charlotte-FAU game, but I just can’t get into it. Very bad teams, especially Charlotte. The announcers kept trying to make the Charlotte coach sound like the second coming of Nick Saban. From what I watched , I don’t see it. As a side note, I do think he and John Fetterman share work fashion secrets.

Ain't gonna lie. I do miss Saturday tailgating and game day on weekends like today when the weather is superb for tailgating and football and I'm not rushed to get home for work the next day. At the same time, it is nice to have a "stress free weekend" after already winning your game of the week earlier in the week. But home football Saturdays with weather like this........priceless!
