I am curious if Scott and/or Ron get on staff. I hope so. Enjoyed seeing them succeed.

IMHO, let Brian/Ron handle the QB choices and let BW be the HC.
Brian's offense will succeed with the right QBs, eg DeMarco, TH, Washington.

The quick kicks were very effective because they would often go for it on 4th down and Heinicke was pretty good at punting.

Oh I agree. I kind of loved it when he'd do that. Just saying, I associate that call with BW and TH. Im still of the mindset that TH made BW look way better than he was as a coach. But as a program builder and hype man, BW is about as good as you could ask for.
