We need to be careful here. My concern is that Chaunce is going to try and do too much to get his points since he was in foul trouble in the first half. We actually played better with Chaunce on the bench.

We built the lead by moving the ball. In the second half we resorted back to dribble, dribble, dribble crazy layup attempt or turnover. This program needs a reset so bad.

Wow. I figured I’d give the guys another try since it was the start of the SB play, and USA wasn’t projected to be good. Started out pleasantly surprised. Allette and Pounds were looking great. Then the Monarchs we’ve seen all year showed up. Pathetic shooting and pathetic defense equal blowing a 22 point lead. Unbelievable. I also think we got way out coached with USAs adjustments at half. But that’s not unexpected given the circumstances. Though I had hoped Donahue might be better than JJ. Oh well. We suck. We’ve known it for a while. It’s just sad, but I’m honestly getting used to it. Which I guess is what Wood wants.

We'll likely be having 2+ more months of bad ODU basketball this season. I don't see them suddenly becoming a good team before the season ends. ODU basketball used to be something to look forward to and get excited about. Now we lose to bad teams at home in a game we led by 22 points in.
