Top of the order for ULaLa. And, unbelievably, JD still out there with 107 pitches and counting.

Walt should have no complaints about Jose stretching out starters after today?

4-pitch 1-2-3 inning for JD! 03-cloud9 Can our bullpen preserve a 3-run lead for one inning?

Great at bat by Duffield. Down in the count, he fouled off a ton of pitches, and laid off enough to work a lead off walk

BTW, when you are facing a pitcher who has thrown 107 pitches and a very suspect bullpen, swinging on the first pitch is pretty bad baseball.

Once again, unable to get the bunt down……nearly hits into a DP but McDonald just beats the throw. Owls on 1-3, one out

And the guy who homered his last at bat, is asked to bunt. Can’t get it down, but moves the runner to 3rd on a 5-4. McDonald easily beats the throw to 1B.

Walk loads the bases with 1 out.

Becker takes a close 2 strike pitch for a ball and then rips a 2 run double to RF. Pitching change. 6-1.

Garza Ks for 2ndout with 2 runners in scoring position. Grrrr!

Riedel 4-3 end the iinning.

BASES LOADED DOUBLE!!!!
Becker drives in two more!

Becker was 0-2 in the count before working it back even 2-2, then doubled down the RF line

Manny up with Owls on 2nd and 3rd. First pitch he….squares to bunt? Pulls it back and takes a strike? The infield is in, what are we even doing here??? He then strikes out on 4 pitches. Groundout then ends the rally.

New pitcher in for ULaLa-- a lefty this time.
Johnson walks on 9 pitches. All he's good for is walks; he can't hit whatsoever.
Don't bunt here-- you've already got a 3-run lead. Let's try to break it open.
Rant walked on 6 pitches.
McDonald fielders choice. Runners on the corners, one out.
Gallo walked on 4 pitches to load 'em up with one out.
Becker 2-RBI double after being down 1-2 in the count! Runners on 2B and 3B, one out. Nathan is the man!
New pitcher for ULaLa-- righty with a 27.0 ERA...
Garza strkeout #12. Ugh. You simply have to put the ball in play in that situation. Almost anything hit scores a run.
Reidel grounded out.

6-1 heading to the B9.

JD back out to start the B9. Why not?

Ks the 1st hitter.

Ks the 2nd hitter.

Ks the 3rd hitter.

Complete game. Owls win 6-1.

124 pitches per Live Stats.

WTF is Jose doing? He's messing with players heads and confidence. Having one of your best hitters bunt with runners on 2B and 3B, and with a 5-run lead? STOP it already!

HE STRIKES OUT THE SIDE FOR A COMPLETE GAME!!!

11 Ks on the day!

Ice that kid down, and hope he’s good to go next week!

He works incredibly fast, the ULL hitters were doing their best to slow him down, but the pitch clock rules keep that BS to a minimum

What an incredible game by McCracken.
‘Don’t need to worry about the bullpen when you’ve got a pitcher that can deliver that kind of performance.

6-1 Owls!!!
3-3.
