A Cruz/Rand ticket would appeal greatly to me. Cruz is a bit of a firebrand and I love that quality in someone. Rand would be a good yang to Cruz's yin. Either of those as a Trump running mate would suit me. I've heard many people opine that Cruz would be better suited to the SCOTUS and he would likely do very well there but I'd prefer to see him in the WH.

A Cruz/Rand Paul ticket would be every libertarian/Constitutionalist's wet dream! (Sorry to be so descriptive, but it's true.) Now to make them appear likeable to the independent voter... Because let's face it. That's where most elections are won or lost.

All presidential elections. Republicans are gonna vote GOP no matter what. Democrats are going Blue no matter what color the buggy they ride. It's those who almost can't stand either party who get to make the decision. By the way, they are not independents, they are simply not affiliated with a political party.
