RE: Transfer Portal
Feels like the staff is cleaning house to open up a bunch of scholarship spots. I expect them to be very active in the portal.

RE: Transfer Portal
I'm a little surprised by Anthony Romphf and Saveon Brown leaving. They were starting to get more reps, and with seniors graduating, there will be open starter spots in the secondary. I heard good things about Tyren Mason out of HS, I hoped he would do more here.

We have no NIL money. We can't get impact players

Yeah, we're not going to buy some 5 star players, but you don't expect the staff to be active in bringing guys in?

How well have they done bringing in contributing players so far? I'd give the staff a D+ grade.

Leroy Thomas - 2nd leading receiver
Tate Hallock - leading tackler, T-#1 in INTs
Jacob Wahlberg - 4th in tackles
Nate Norris - 5th in tackles
Bilhal Kone - 8th in tackles, #1 in PBUs
Donald Willis - 9th in tackles, #2 in sacks
Michael Shanahan - starting LT
Ted Kushi - starting RT

Based on the last two games they weren't contributing guys one bit. Womack and Hallock were good pickups but that's about it. Wolff stinks. Need to recruit or get a good QB in the portal.

RE: Transfer Portal
Wolff's 65.5% completion rate is highest in the MAC. Finn is second at 65.1%.

RE: Transfer Portal
It's true his completion % was high but his efficiency was middling in the MAC. To be fair he didn't exactly have stellar weapons. Interesting that Bourguet's rating was essentially the same as Wolff's. I still kinda think Bourguet's upside was higher and it might've been worth trying to develop him but too late now

High completion rate for 3 yards means nothing... Did you watch the last two games? Wolff couldn't throw the ball downfield. We were outcoached and didn't make any adjustments in the NIU and BG game.

I thought Nathaniel Hackett was the OC the way we were playing on Offense. Have to get better!!!!

Interesting. Never could figure out why Nate never saw the field this year. Showed some promise in 2022. Don’t think he even played this year.

No MAC team has elite NIL money. And the top conference teams are doing just fine

I really liked his HS tape and when he got some playing time as a freshman, I thought he might have a bright future here. Oh well, things happen. Hope he finds a good fit somewhere else.
