Then I would challenge you to point out where I have defended Bundy & his clowns.

OK, other than defended then from leftist idiots who want to violate the Posse Comitatus Act and use the military to kill them when they haven't harmed a soul.
This would have been over a long time ago if federal law enforcement had done their job, isolated them in the refuge with a secure perimeter, cut off the power and let the cold and hunger do the dirty work, but as is the case just about every time the feds have had a situation like this they didn't do the smart thing and have drug this thing out far longer than it should be and making it a far more dangerous situation going forward because they have allowed Bundy & co to get better supplied, and probably fortify their position better from what is now an inevitable assault by law enforcement.
I suppose they are trying to avoid another Waco. I agree that they should cut off the power, but I think this thing will just peter out and then they can arrest them in do time. I hope you are wrong about an inevitable assault.

Some of them are and some of them, Ammon Bundy in particular are using the rhetoric of the movement.
"Morlin says that Doucette's entrance into the standoff specifically was troubling to him and marked a shift in how he perceived the Bundy brigade's ideology. Doucette is reportedly active in the sovereign citizen movement, which believes the current U.S. government hijacked the true constitutional order decades ago and is no longer legitimate. Doucette has set himself up as a judge of the "U.S. Superior Court" (no such court actually exists), and a so-called "citizens grand jury" has been empaneled at the refuge to consider charges against various officials.
"The Bundy’s have not really pushed this tactic yet," Morlin said. “I am not sure what this is about or what they are hoping to achieve with it."
Morlin says that Doucette's arrival and his insistence that he could help hold government officials accountable through a pretend legal process revealed that the Bundy brothers may be more sympathetic to the sovereign citizen movement than first thought."

There also appears to be some radical right Mormonism at work here as well.

As long as they are able to stay supplied why would they leave? The minute they leave they lose public interest.

Someone occupies a federal cabin in the middle of nowhere and leftists are screaming for napalm to end this thing.

I can't speak for anyone else but I'm not a "leftist", haven't discussed BLM or occupy grievances, and don't in any way support illegal forms of protest regardless of which extremists are carrying them out. I've also never called for the authorities to act aggressively to retake the refuge. I do think Oath keepers, 3%, sovereign citizens and the various militia groups are radical extremists and many of them are dangerous. Oh and they are pretty much bat **** crazy.

I used the word "you"... My bad..
Paul was not talking to you.... Paul was saying "It's mostly the same jackwads who tell us how wonderful and peaceful Islam is that label Oath Keepers radicals and terrorists."
Notice the mostly there and take a step back..
Was Paul apologizing for the #OccupyCabin camps behavior or pointing out how mind blowingly hypocritical some leftists are... BLM and Occupy take over and destroy private property and all you want to do is talk about their grievances...
I agree that the sovereign citizens are on the whacked out side of things. But this has nothing to do with you're inability to find someone acting as an apologist for them...
