No they don't... Next season will be a different story though.

I know Applewhite is been given one season to make light mistakes or on the job training as some will call it... Next season won't be kind for him... I think the pressure will get to him eventually.

He is int making “light” mistakes he is literally imploding and hasn’t showed one iota that he can even competently coach. Trust people were already saying during the tech game he will be gone by the end of the season if he doesn’t improve.

Dont think him being a long horn has anything to do with it. If he could coach none of that is even an after thought.

Our remaining schedule: Memphis, @ USF, ECU, @ Tulane, Navy. Nine wins is out of the question. Given how bad our offense has been, seven seems unlikely. Six or fewer wins should be grounds for dismissal, but Applewhite's contract makes that all but impossible.

Our defensive coach is stupid too, his Xs and Os are nothing but soft, where's the pressures on the quarterback , all of our coaches don't react to what's going on on the field, Olivers talents are being wasted

Riley would have been gone soon as Stoops stepped down. You think UH fans had a meltdown over Herman leaving if Riley left mid summer people would have been sent to the funny farm.
