there is belief that it will eventually start falling, which is why sampson lets him shoot so much...note he is coming off an injury that made him miss all last season and this is his 1st season playing college ball

i believe if by mid season he isnt hitting sampson wll start to pull the leash a bit

Temple looks good so far. Our D hasn’t been that strong and we aren’t getting that many shots off.

Add in that, in non game situations. I myself can knock down 8 of 10 corner 3’s unguarded.

In pick up Games, I rarely shoot that well.

I’d say his leash needs pulled ASAP. Give those shots to Galen or someone else

if he was a senior and it was the end of the season id agree....
he is a freshmen who missed his 1st year...sampson is developing him

he won Mr Basketball in texas in part because of his ability to shoot
he makes them in practice...if he starts making them in games, especially by season end it would mean 4 starters on D would be lethal from 3 and changes the dynamic of our team dramatically

He’s been awful efficiency wise. The dude wants to go to the nba but he is pressing and trying too hard. I think he’s found the match up he wants and then has been exploiting it.
