Well I was wrong. Should have realized Temples length would give us some troubles. Rose and Alston are both very capable. If they had more consistency then Temple would really have a squad this year. Gotta heat up or we're in some serious trouble. First 5 minutes of the 2nd half will be very telling.

Why did the #485 ranked player win Texas me basketball?

Just asking

his high school team was undefeated in the hardest division in texas, he lead the team in scoring, blocks and rebounding

he wasnt touted a recruit because basketball recruiting ranking is almost 100% done in aau (in texas)...alley almost never saw the court in his aau team, he played in the most elite aau team in houston (houstonhoops) ..and was backup to 5star jarred vanderbilt and 5star billy preston

I think this is exactly it. We can’t out physical them when they’re longer and taller. Have to hope we have better depth and more endurance but we will see if that makes any difference.

This game feels different so far, the coogs have rarely played on the road. Tough test

Agreed. At least it's not the first time we've been down before but this game had a different feel than most. I know one thing though. If Brooks doesn't score at all in the 2nd then we're screwed.

RE: 1/9 (Wednesday) AAC Basketball Games
interesting stat so far (atleast for me)

houston came into the game as the best rebounding team in the AAC, Temple came in as the worst...houston had a+30 rebounding margin vs temple in 1 game last year (tieing ncaa record)

temple is currently out rebounding houston

Well you know you're out of control if a player has to hold you back...

It's not home cooking. It's just bad officiating. They can't see the flops which is why you see them calling fouls on flops on both sides.
